How do I register?
To register, it is necessary to submit an expression of interest for the APEC CEO Summit 2024 via our official website. Following the submission of your expression of interest, your application will undergo evaluation. If approved, you will receive an invitation to proceed with your formal registration for the Summit.
What is the FEE for registration?
Delegate Registration: $3,500 USD
This includes access to all keynote speeches and high-level dialogue sessions within the main section of the venue. It also includes access to networking spaces, receptions, luncheons, exhibition areas, and social events.
Staffer Registration*: $1,500 USD
This provides access to all keynote speeches and high-level dialogue sessions held in the mezzanine and upper sections of the venue. Access to receptions, luncheons, the exhibition area, and social events is included.
Accompanying Person Registration*: $1,500 USD
Includes access to the APEC CEO SUMMIT 2024 accompanying persons programme and social events. Please refer to the programme for further details.
*All registrations for staff and accompanying persons must be associated with a delegate.
From which email address are the invitations being sent?
All invitations are sent from the official APEC CEO Summit 2024 email.
What is the registration refund policy?
There will be no refund policy for the APEC CEO Summit 2024.
Where and in what manner can I obtain my badge?
The credentials for the APEC CEO Summit 2024 can be obtained at the office of the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Export and Tourism (PromPerĂș), located at Av. Jorge Basadre 610, San Isidro - Lima.
You can pick up your badge from Monday 11th (until Friday 15th) Open hours: 8am to 5pm
ID is required for pickup (National ID or Passport).
What form of identification is necessary to collect the badge?
Delegates must present their photo ID or passport to be able to claim their badge.
Will the lobby of the Lima Convention Center be accessible to guests not attending the CEO Summit?
No, access to the Lima Convention Center will be restricted to accredited individuals attending the APEC CEO Summit 2024. Members of the general public will not be permitted entry.
